The JILIKO privacy policy covers six kinds of personal data, collected at registration, in the profile, at withdrawal, in a document review and with every session. Each place asks for separate details, and the terms and conditions reuse part of that data to see if accounts match. The page shows which kinds wait for the member and which arrive on their own.
Six Data Points Under the Privacy Policy at JILIKO, in Order of Use
The table orders JILIKO personal data by the moment a member meets each kind. Registration, the first row, applies to every account, and the later rows follow the member’s next step or a document request.
| Step | Data collected | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Registration | Username, password, mobile number | Opens the account; the mobile number also works as a login name and as the verification method on the Forgot Password screen |
| Profile: Personal Information | First name, last name, birthday | Verifies the account to level 2, the first verified level; the birthday also sets the date of the Birthday Bonus for VIP 3 and above |
| ID Picture field | A photo of an ID card | Adds an identity document to the account |
| Withdrawal | Login password, a receiving account, the account holder name, the amount, a remarks line that can stay empty | Pays the request to the receiving account, whose holder name fills in automatically |
| Document review | A photo of an ID, passport or driver’s license | Answers a document request |
| Every session | IP address and device details | Feeds the account comparison set out in the terms and conditions |
One mobile number entry serves three purposes: a login name, a verification method and a signal in the account comparison.
What You Control in the Account and What the Provider Controls
Beyond the fields in the table, the privacy policy at JILIKO includes a setting you control: the Login Verification switch in Personal Information. With the switch on, JILIKO asks for an extra check when you sign in.
A receiving account sits with an e-wallet or a bank, and that provider applies separate privacy terms to everything stored on the provider’s side. You therefore send questions about how GCash, Maya or a bank keeps account details to that provider, and questions about the data on your account or the withdrawal request itself to customer service.
FAQ
These answers add details about JILIKO data privacy that the sections above do not give.
Can I Change My Mobile Number or Username?
No, because JILIKO locks both fields in Personal Information and registration details change only through customer service.
Is a Referral Code Required to Register?
Registration marks the referral code Optional, so an account opens without one.
Three Data Points Wait for a Step the Member Takes After Registering
Personal Information, an ID photo and a withdrawal add data only when the member takes that step. The other three come from registration, each session and a document request from JILIKO. Under JILIKO’s privacy policy, a member who only registers and plays leaves registration and session details on file, plus a document photo if a review is requested.
